Take  I -91 N to exit 49 for US – 5, keep right cross into Longmeadow, MA .3 mi , turn right onto Maple  Road .4 mi, take second right into LPRD complex, gym on left of building.

From North: 

Take I -91 South to exit 49, turn left onto US -5 follow above

Alternate: I – 91 South take exit 1 merge onto US-5 S 3.2 mi, turn left onto Maple Road, take second right into complex .4 mi    

From North/ West:

I-90 W/MASS PIKE, merge onto I-291 W via exit 6 toward Springfield, MA, merge onto I-91 S via Exit 1a toward Hartford, Ct take US-5 S exit, exit 1 toward Longmeadow, MA Rte 5 S.  Follow above exit 1 south off of I-91 or exit 49 south off of I-91.
