Per orders of the State of Maine Fire Marshall's Office, due to the size of the restaurant facility Banquet Room that we have been assigned, this S.K.I.F. Saturday Night Seminar Dinner is limited to 65 people.

 

Please note that this is a pre-paid dinner reservation only (there will be no exceptions), all monies, menu selections, and names of attendees for dinner must be sent to:

 

Maine Shotokan Karate Association-SKIF via the Seminar Registration Form (s) by June 12, 2010.  SEATING is LIMITED. Sign up EARLY !!!   Dinner will start at 5:30 P.M. and end at approximately 7:45 P.M.

DINNER MENU

Start with a trip to THE SEACOAST’S FINEST SALAD BAR
which offers over 60 selections and freshly prepared soup and rolls.

ENTREES

1.) CRAB CRUSTED SALMON
A fresh salmon filet baked with a delicious “crust”
made with bread crumbs, crabmeat and garlic butter.

2.) SEAFOOD NEWBURG
A delightful mix of haddock, shrimp and scallops in our creamy Newburg sauce.

3.) BAKED STUFFED SHRIMP
Tender shrimp baked in a casserole with our famous stuffing. Always popular!

4.) RITZY FILET OF HADDOCK
A fresh filet of haddock baked with a buttery Ritz cracker crumb topping.

5.) TERIYAKI SIRLOIN TIPS
Tender beef sautéed with peppers, onions, mushrooms and teriyaki glaze.

6.) CHICKEN PARMESAN
Lightly breaded chicken breast topped with marinara sauce and a blend of
parmesan and cheddar cheeses. Served over pasta.

All entrees are served with baked potato unless otherwise noted.
