All Instructors and all Yudansha (Blackbelt Grades) may start warming up and practicing at 5:30 PM in the Dojo.

Beginner Level: Designed for the Beginner/Newcomer up through Yellow/Orange Belt level. Emphasis on Self Defense techniques, conditioning, and Introduction to Basic Karate Techniques.
Intermediate Level: Designed for those Karate students of Yellow-Purple Belt level with a working knowledge of HEIAN Kata and learning the SKIF Kihon Ippon Kumite Syllabus.
Advanced Level: Set up for the brown belt thru Black belt level student with a knowledge of Heian, Tekki, Bassai, Kanku, Jion, Enpi, Jitte Kata...and learning the SKIF syllabus up through Jiyu Ippon Kumite.
Yudansha Level: Black belt "Dan" classes with a working knowledge of 26-28 Kata, Self Defense, SKIF Kumite Syllabus....and Instructor level classes.
