ATTACK AND DEFEND: 2X JODAN 2X CHUDAN 2X MAE GERI

The usual Reverse Punch has progressed to the Reverse Triple Punch (GYAKU TSUKI SANBON), which required extensive use of the hips. The Back Fist Strike (URAKEN) is introduced. This Fist Strike is snapped out to the facial area (JODAN) following the elbow strike while maintaining the Straddle Leg Stance (KIBA DACHI). A Front Kick, which is to be performed using the forward leg (KIZAMI MAE GERI) is added immediately after the Knife Hand Block (SHUTO UKE) .
