FORWARD: JUN TSUKI SANBON (Jo-Chu-Chu) 5 TIMES (Three punches - head, body, body)
FORWARD: GYAKU TSUKI SANBON (Chu-Jo-Chu) 5 TIMES (Reverse Combination Punches - body, head, body)
BACKWARD: AGE UKE-GYAKU TSUKI 5 TIMES (Rising Block-Reverse Punch)
FORWARD: SOTO UKE (Zenkutsu Dachi)
ENPI-URAKEN (Kiba Dachi)
5 TIMES (Outside Block-Elbow Strike-Back Fist Strike)
BACKWARD: UCHI UKE-KIZAMI TSUKI
GYAKU TSUKI
5 TIMES (Inside Block-Front Snap Punch-Reverse Punch)
   
KOKUTSU DACHI GAMAE (Back Stance – Knife Hand Block)
FORWARD: SHUTO UKE (Kokutsu)- NUKITE (Zenkutsu Dachi) 5 TIMES (Knife Hand Block-Spear Hand Thrust)
   
ZENKUTSU DACHI GAMAE (Front Stance)
FORWARD: MAE REN GERI (Chudan-Jodan) 3 TIMES (Two front kicks - middle level, head level, different legs)
(Then turn and repeat)
FORWARD: MAWASHI GERI 3 TIMES (Then turn and repeat)
(Roundhouse Kick)
   
KIBA DACHI GAMAE (Horse Riding Stance)
FORWARD: YOKO GERI KEAGE 3 TIMES (Side Snap Kick-both sides)

ATTACK AND DEFEND: 2X JODAN; 2X CHUDAN; 2X MAE GERI; 1X YOKO GERI; 1X MAWASHI GERI (Left side only)

The usual Reverse Punch has progressed to the Reverse Triple Punch (GYAKU TSUKI SANBON), which required extensive use of the hips. The Back Fist Strike (URAKEN) is introduced. This Fist Strike is snapped out to the facial area (JODAN) following the elbow strike while maintaining the Horse Riding Stance (KIBA DACHI).
